Hi, all of a sudden the app stopped working. When I login with IOS credentials it says "unable to log on". I have the most up to date version.

hello?? administrator?? anybody there?? we are many with the same problem,"unable to log on" and is on the iphone.(ios). Please at least answer our questions even if you donĀ“t know what is the problem.

On your Android smartphone or tablet head to the Google Play Store. ... Hit the menu button (three square dots or lines) which is located at the top of the screen and select 'My Apps'.
Update from there.

This may answer some of your questions: If xFi Locator has been working fine, and you now see a message "Failed to retrieve location data from server" - Try to remove saved login and re-enter it back. Can't locate Android device?- If xFi Endpoint is installed and xFi Locator can't find device, make sure the the device is registered and the xFi endpoint shows "Device is registered" message. Also, make sure "Location" service is turned on on the target device where xFi Endpoint is installed. Location of target device is inaccurate?- Without GPS turned on, location of the target device is just approximate and may be way off. You can turn on GPS on target device to get more accurate location but GPS can drain battery quickly, so that may not be an option. The app has no control over the accuracy of the device location. Without GPS, location accuracy just depends on many factors such as how many cell towers in the vicinity, location record of the WIFI router, location determination method used by cellphone carrier, etc. So, just keep in mind that location shown for target devices sometimes can be accurate and sometimes can be off. I paid for xFi Locator Pro version for Android. For the past couple of days, it is unable to locate my iPhone, gives an 'Unable to log on' error. My login information is positively correct, I can login and find the phone with the same authentication at icloud.com from my desktop. Your recent post claims that this error has been fixed, however, it's not the case in my situation. Please help. Thank you.

This app works great for about a month and now for the past 2 weeks it cannot locate any of my devices. All passwords and everything are exactly the same. I have tried logging out and back in, making new sign ins, and refreshing but to no avail.. please help I have been facing same issue. I keep getting the error message " unable to log in"

My friend got a new phone and I am trying to set up where he can locate me and me him. We had the on his Note 5 now he has a Note 4 but I have install the pro version on both phones and end point. His location is on but I cannot find his phone he can find me okay. So i thought I would delete end point on his phone and reinstall it, it will not let me uninstall it says you must have admin rights which I am sure he does as he is the only one that uses that phone. I went into Settings and applications and the uninstall option is grayed out how can I uninstall end point and reinstall it or is there some other problem?

If I have xFi Endpoint installed in my device and my GPS (I gess that's what my android calls "location" ) is turned off, can another android find mine with the xFi locator? Or will he only be able to see the last location in which my GPS was turned on? I was wondering because it drains my battery quickly.

The accuracy changed a lot with this new version of the app when using the iCloud to find the phone. The target didn't turn off the GPS location.. nothing changed only the version of the app and now it's taking forever to load and also imprecise location. It only finds the actual location after 5+ min on the Auto refresh.

Mine worked fine until 1/20/16 middle of the day, then lost the phone it was tracking and has not showed up again. I have a Samsung Galaxy 6 and tracking an iPhone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and it still will not show the device. Please update again.

Hello,
I'm new to this forum. I've installed the xFi Locator Pro on one of my Andriod devices, and I would like to install the Pro version on all my devices. However, when I attempt to install on a second device, my purchased install is not recognized (typically purchased apps indicate "Installed" when installing on another device), and the app will not allow it to be purchased a second time.
Is it possible to install the Pro version on multiple devices, and if so, how? If this is not possible, how can I remove move my install from one device and move it to another?
