If you uninstall xFi Endpoint, the device will be removed shortly after.

I bought a new phone for my son. Now both his old and new phone are listed as devices under his account. How can I remove the old phone? I'm having the same issue. My son reset his phone, had to reinstall endpoint, now two phones show up on my account, same name, only one tracks though.

I try many time remove save user then put it back. The only thing i see while searching the location is the map. Not even have showing grey dot. Is the xFi server down or cannot do searching in canada. Its almost a week now.

How do I remove a phone, a dead phone, from the account? My son had to reset his phone, Xfi endpoint is gone, but there is still upgrade out locator for it. If we re-add endpoint, it shows up as a new phone, with the old locator still grayed out on the map.
How do I get rid of the old dead locator?

For those who see Android devices that are supposed to be removed, there is an update out there to allow you to remove devices. Tap "All Devices" on the left corner and select "Manage Devices" from the dropdown.

This app works great for about a month and now for the past 2 weeks it cannot locate any of my devices. All passwords and everything are exactly the same. I have tried logging out and back in, making new sign ins, and refreshing but to no avail.. please help

can xfi pro record the locations of your focus device over time so that you can see it's trail over past day or so?

Welcome. Post your questions, comments here ... This may answer some of your questions: If xFi Locator has been working fine, and you now see a message "Failed to retrieve location data from server" - Try to remove saved login and re-enter it back. Can't locate Android device?- If xFi Endpoint is installed and xFi Locator can't find device, make sure the the device is registered and the xFi endpoint shows "Device is registered" message. Also, make sure "Location" service is turned on on the target device where xFi Endpoint is installed. Location of target device is inaccurate?- Without GPS turned on, location of the target device is just approximate and may be way off. You can turn on GPS on target device to get more accurate location but GPS can drain battery quickly, so that may not be an option. The app has no control over the accuracy of the device location. Without GPS, location accuracy just depends on many factors such as how many cell towers in the vicinity, location record of the WIFI router, location determination method used by cellphone carrier, etc. So, just keep in mind that location shown for target devices sometimes can be accurate and sometimes can be off.

How do I remove a device? The person changed phones, but still has same Apple ID, so now I have duplicate devices, one that works and the other that doesn't. Using xFi Lite on Android. Device is Apple iPhone. Thanks.

I recently installed the app. Used it one day. Now when I try to search for phone it says cannot log in to find phone.. I asked my daughter if she changed the password on her phone and she said no. So why would it do this now?

Thanks. To manage Apple devices such as to remove unneeded device, you need to log on to icloud.com.

Will my son have any indication whatsoever that I am tracking his iPhone from my android? He's been getting into trouble lately and would hate me if he knew I was tracking him. Is there a sound that plays when I locate the device? Is there an app open in the drawer? Thanks.

Daughter got an iPhone 6. I deleted her old info in app and put her new password in it worked fine for one day. Now it says unable to log in or incorrect pass. She says her GPS is on. Any other suggestions?? Plz help!!

I'm. Trying to help my friend find their phone. They're sure of their apple ID and password but I keep getting "unable to log in" msg and a red exclamation mark appears in the password box. Thoughts?

Mine is doing the same as your saying that I am unable to log in. I've deleted the app, cleared the cash on everything and reinstalled it. Even deleted and retried my passwords which are the same. It still will not let me use the app.

I downloaded this on my Galaxy 6 to locate an iphone 5 that I sometimes use. It initially located the iphone (one time), but now it will not refresh or show the phones current location.

I tried to install locator at my PC. I couldn't log on (I didn't remember either my username and pass, so I fib my username but still didn't remember my password). When I tried to logg on I was refused for wrong user or pass. I remembered my pass, but XFi didn't recognize it. I tried again and than try another one, which I often use. After I was refused again, I changed my password, but I was told that my account is blocked. I found that it will be blocked for the next 24h. Now, 24h are passed and I try to logg into my account but still couldn't. I don't know if I should logg in with the pmfirst password (what I wrote that I obviously put it as wrong) or I am to logg in wit changed password? I don't want to do wrong and to lock my account for another 24 hours. Please, give me some advice and help me.

It worked for the first few days. Now the iphone location is way off..location now as at least half a km away...
