Very important app for kids safety. Only went down this long once about 2-3 years ago.i may have to use a different one if not up by this afternoon. I did search for a replacement app the last time it was down for 24 hours, but I couldn't find an alternate option that didn't require you to install something on the target device. Ughhhh If you find one, let me know! I sent 2 more emails today, but no response 😕

Yes I also sent another message and same as you couldn't find a good alternative. This is the simplest most accurate app. I will look again. Hopefully they will reply with a fix soon 🙏

My guess is that no one is looking into this issue this weekend ( not good service) I did email a couple times today as well. People rely on this app

I loaded Life360. Your kids would only have to reply and make sure that their location settings were open. Nothing that you need to install on their phone. There's a 7-day trial right now available. Maybe Xfi will get it fixed by then or stick with this version for a small fee for your kids safety

Thank you. I will have to try life360 again. The lack of response to the issue here is very disappointing. Never had an issue that was ignored for this long here before.. a shame as It's a great app.

To any Administrator.. the pro version does not appear in the Google Play/Subscriptions for those of us who paid the one time payment for the lifetime pro version. Does this mean that those of us who paid for the lifetime pro version are not in possession of a valid subscription as required per the message on October 2nd, 2024 which reads "The Pro version has to be installed directly from Google Play, find it under Google Play/Payments & Subscriptions. Don't download it from the internet, and only users who have purchased it before can access to it from the above menu in Google Play" .

Unfortunately I don't believe anyone is tending to the app at all rn..perhaps bc it's the weekend? I've been using this app since 2018 with only 1 time of having it unusable for about 24 hours. All seems strange

After reviewing the forum url using the WaybackMachine, it appears the Admin post at the top of page1 is a recent post since the last update. It reads, "The app is currently having issue with ios login. It shows "invalid username/password" and doesn't allow login. Working on a solution, will update asap"

I have an alternative called Find My Device and that one is also not working. So it's something Apple did on their end. Tightened security probably with the Find My Phone app. It's not just XFi

It's not, but Apple could have changed their security protocols for icloud that disabled access to 3rd party apps. It's no coincidence that XFi and another of my 3rd party tracking apps is having the same login issue? Apple changed something.

According to Apple's release notes. The only Apple device I use is my iPad but I haven't used it lately to see if there's an update. But they don't necessarily need to update devices to change backend protocols for iCloud.
