I also update to vertion 1.9.7.5 and still can't access to my son apple account via the application. I can log in via the web. |

New version 1.9.7.7 solved all issues. All is working fine now.

Still having same issue. First two phones are ok, third phone still saying account may be locked etx. Tried uninstalling and installing again, but no Luck!

New .7 update is working on first trial without email at this point.

Installed version 1.9.7.7 and it still says "cant login, account is locked or disabbled" on Samsung S23. Things are not getting better untill so far. Hopefully a new version will solve these issues. So please help!! Any suggestions??

Bonjour,il m'est arrivé exactement le même problème avec le message "compte désactivé ou bloqué" Alors faites très attention, car le compte icloud de la personne tracée a été bloqué et désactivé par Apple lui même. Pour vérifier ce que je vous dis,vous demandez à la personne qui possède l'iPhone de se connecter à son Cloud, et vous vous apercevrez que celui ci est verrouillé et bloqué et qu'il n'est plus possible d'y accéder sans changer le mot de passe Apple permettant d'accéder au Cloud. Après cette procédure cela devrait refonctionner pour vous. Il est cependant dommage que le problème d'accès à xfi locator ai engendré ce problème supplémentaire. Voilà j'espère avoir été complet dans les explications. |

Tried so many times with all the progressive updates, but it never worked. However, resetting the apple password then logging again works! Tried it with a couple of my accounts and that's the only thing that fixed the issue. I would suggest doing the same if you still have log-in issues.

After updating to 1.9.7.7version I get the message every time "Unable to log on. Account is locked or disabled" (in reality this is not true!). My phone Samsung S23+.

Yes, I'm afraid that once I upgraded, it did sent maybe 3 or 4 emails during the first week. None since though? I am on the free version though, so I don't know if there's a difference? |
