kellz01, You need to download an app called "xfi endpoint" from Google App Store, install on android phones, provide it with an email and choose a PIN. Use provided email/PIN on xfi locator to locate them.

JRF, if you are sure you have correct username/password and still can't login, check to see if have any content filter app, security app on your device that would block communication.

Do you keep our passwords? Can someone of your workmates access to our passwords? Can someone tell me if this App is Safe for our personal information? Even if you tell me what I really what to hear, this post may be important for future uses.

When I installed the app on my girlfriends phone so she can see my location the app is looking for a different phone (Samsung S7 Edge) that I once had it on, needless to say I no longer have that specific phone. How to I change it to look for my Note 8?

Hi,
Just purchased a new phone. On my old one (Samsung Note) I have an Xfi account fully functional. The issue is that I don't remember the password... (It logs using "remember login"). Would you know where (in my old Samsung phone) this password would be stored?
Big thanks!

BlueRay, Third-party personal information, such as username/password, are only stored locally on your device with encryption. We don't maintain them anywhere outside of your device. Just a reminder to everyone is to only download and use apps from a trusted source, Google Play. Do you keep our passwords? Can someone of your workmates access to our passwords? Can someone tell me if this App is Safe for our personal information? Even if you tell me what I really what to hear, this post may be important for future uses.

Nic, if you log in into xfi locator (with Android account PIN), select "All Devices" on the left to corner, select "Manage Devices". There should be a list of devices there, delete ones you don't need. If this is a PIN that you registered with us, log into xfi location, select "Android", there should be an option to email PIN to you. If this is a third-party username/password, you have to manually reenter it. For security reason, there is no option to recover saved thirdparty password once it is gone. Hi all,
I have used this to track my daughters phone. Recently she got a new iphone for her birthday, (I think it's an 8). Since setting up the phone, I cant find her phone with the app. I've signed into icloud using the apple credentials we set up for her on the iphone, but it's still not working. Can you help? Is there something I need to do on the phone?

I did the update, now it notifies my kids when I track them. Says that someone in new jersey is trying to log into their apple id. Why??

I updated app this morning, and I cannot log to see others phones. In the desktop xfi locator, appears only map, no phones, or locations...

Why is it asking me for a code now to track an apple phone... is it notifying them that they are being tracked?

I believe that without the code from his phone it will not let you locate them, it will only show their last location. Honestly this is not good for us parents. You will have to gain access to his phone and request the code to be sent again on your device and type the number that pops up

I have been using xFi locator for a while, but recently the app on my android has started alerting the iPhone device each time I track the iPhone device. Has something changed with the app?
