Why are the ads taking over my screen? I get the need forcommercial ads but forcing me to view it to the end is rediculous. Worse, I can't exit the ad unless I switch to another screen. Only way back to see a device location is to relaunch the app. Terrible experience. Fix this please.

I have used this app for years to track my daughters Iphone from my android phone. Never a problem until today when I received the error message "unable to log on". I have cleared the cache and data and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no luck. I am still able to track my other daughter who has an android phone. I have logged into our icloud account and the username and password are working fine there. Any help would be appreciate.

I am experiencing the same issue; worked fine this afternoon when I check on my kids traveling home from school. Tonight, roughly 5 hours later I keep getting "Log on Failed". I have logged into icloud accounts from a computer successfully with passwords use in app cleared cache and restarted my phone....nothing is working.

For the programmer: I found a solution to fix the iCloud login issue..
In the parameters "appVersion" and "apiVersion" of the iCloud request you have to replace the value "3.0" with a new value between "5.0" and "7.0" and the app will work correctly.
