My app has always worked with very few flaws. Today it says unable to login. The login credentials are still the same.

Thus has happened to me on occasion, and it was always solved by one of two things: 1. make sure you have the latest version of the app installed; 2. reboot the phone. hope this helps.

I can not sign on your page, it tells me that the pin is wrong, even though from the app I asked for the pin to be forwarded to my mail, and once it arrived, I have captured it and it continues without letting me in. I am about to change my cellular device, and I want to know how I can export the xflocator accounts that I have registered in the one I now use, to pass them completely to my new equipment. Thanks

Within the past couple days, my app has started giving the error "Unable to log on" for both of my saved profiles. I have restarted device, uninstalled and reinstalled xfi Locator, and re-entered correct profile information. Still unable to locate devices. I am able to go to the web version on my laptop and login with both profiles successfully.
Is there a known issue? Is there any other steps that I can take to resolve?

I had problem with xfi Locator Pro so I uninstalled and installed it again. However, after reinstall, I am not able to find the pro on Android play store. Can someone please let me know where I can install the pro version so that I can get rid of the ads. Thanks.

There is no map, just squares and the moving object. Restarted it the phone and app. Still nothing.

My app does not work for android device locator, iphone works fine, I have kids who have iphone and android, what can I do to make sure I can have the same privilege with both devices... and for androids I do have the endpoint intalled, I even reinstalled but as of now it is not working iphone locator works fine.
Please guide

Is there a way to put an "alert" system where, you get a text when someone you're tracking enters a specified area, within a certain distance of a selected location? For example, I would receive a text when my daughter gets within 1 mile of our home.

Hi, I'm using XFI with several target phones. All of them are Android (Samsung). With one of them app works perfectly. Position is always found in a few seconds. With another one is a complete disaster. This is what I noticed: - App finds the target phone just seldom - The problems began with the last phone system update (in Nov 19) - App works properly only when the device is connected to WIFI. I tried to install an app to keep GPS always active. It didn't help. - I tried to register the phone with a different mail address. It worked for a couple of days then problems started again - App takes minutes to locate the target phone. If the phone is moving the time increase - When the app doesn't work: ---- I let it run till I get the message "failed to retrieve location". Then I run it again from scratch and sometimes it works (sometimes) ---- I call the phone, then the app retrieve the position (sometimes) Any Idea??

Is there a XFI website where I can log into to locate the same devices I have on my app? I have IOS and Android d vices. The app works good but I am unable to download on my IPhone. Is there an app that is compatible with IOS devices from Apple?

Hello,
I use Xfi Locator to track the iPhone from my son.
When I try to logon on icloud.com with his apple ID and enter a wrong password an email is sent to his address telling him someone tried to login.
Will the same happen on Xfi Locator ? So when he changes the password and the app tries to login that an email is sent to inform him ?

The Pro version of the app has suddenly started to crash on my Android 9 phone. I have the latest app version installed and prior to April 23rd, it functioned properly. I've tried everything to troubleshoot the problem to no avail. Any thoughts on this issue?

The app has stopped working in the last couple of days on android 9. It won't log in using both the the saved and freshly entered logon details for the 2 ios phones i am tracking and says ive entered the incorrect password. I know the passwords are correct so not sure what's going on here?

FWIW, I had to uninstall the app then reinstall it and perform a clear cache and clear data routine. I then logged in and it has been working like normal since.
