I can get the phone to play a sound but I can not locate it on a map. It says device not found.
The find my phone is turned on for the device I want to find. I have restarted that phone. If it can play a sound why can it not locate it?

This was working really well until lately, I can't view location on Hybrid or Satellite tabs.
And I can't zoom out too far like before.
How do I fix it please??

This app will not locate my phone it keeps telling me
U able to log in.

You are not the first one who asks about the Android pin, so I wonder if the "Help" link on the login screen is helpful at all. If it didn't help, it may need to be re-written. To locate an Android device, you need to install an app called "xFi Endpoint". Go to Google Play, download the app, load it and register with a PIN of your choosing. After install and register the device, you can use the xFi locator to locate it. I have never had an issue until now but it won't let me log in and says cannot log in for my apple ID. It let's me log in my kids apple ID but not my main apple ID. Any advice?
I have uninstalled and reinstalled and have checked IPhone and location is on and sharing.
