X-fi locator worked great til my son got a new iphone 8plus. Now it shows no location on him but his gps is enabled. Anyone else come a across this issue?

V1.7.1 solves several issues. My android now locate my family's IoS phones, devices without a hitch.

Does xfi notify the phone that you are trying to track?
For example, if i use find my phone, it automatically notifies the the phone I am trying to track that I have logged in on another device?

Why won't xFi Locator team simply publish a detail setup instruction page? I have been able to activate 2 phones (1 Android and 1 IOS), but using the same entry sequence, it fails to complete. A simple instruction sheet should be an easy thing to post. >MJ<

HELP...used xfi for a long time. I got new phone and installed program on the host (parent) phone. DAughter cannot find phone. XFi wants password to login but won't accept my input. Also...when I ask it to send me the password by email nothing gets sent to me. I really need to have this work and I do NOT have access to phone i want to track. It WAS all set up tho...only my phone has the problem? Any help out there is appreciated. tomtorg@roadrunner.com

For those who see Android devices that are supposed to be removed, there is an update out there to allow you to remove devices. Tap "All Devices" on the left corner and select "Manage Devices" from the dropdown. Hi i can't logon it's saying unable to logon. I tried to remove app and reinstall it but it wasn't fixed what should i do |

Unable to login!!!!!!!! Please help [ I emailed them a week ago. They were unaware of the issues. It’s fixed now. Just deleted and reinstall the app. |

It was working fine for almost a year, until I updated new version with FOCUS option tab. After I experienced this crashed, could that be the problem? Pleaseeee help... in struct me what to do without deleting the existing app Something you can try that doesn't remove saved credentials: - Make sure you have latest Google Play Services, on your device, go to play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.gms&hl=en- Go under Settings, Application Manager, find Google Play Services and hit Clear Cache. Also find xFi Locator and hit Clear Cache. - Try the app again. I think my question is related to the above post. Does your app use the Google Play Services to save previous settings & passwords? I'm currently restoring all my apps to my new phone and it has restored the app but when I open the app none of my saved login information is there. Clearing the cache hasn't helped either. My phone is still installing other apps. I'm praying that by the end of the process my account info on XFI locator will magically appear. If theres some other way I can restore that please lmk but at this point it looks like your app doesn't save any account settings? h |

Hello, Admin. I have installed xFi pro on my android and xFi endpoint on a Samsung S6, it works well. But when I installed xFi endpoint on a new Huawei P20, it showed location just a short while after installation, then it turned inactive(shows gray), in spite of, that I made sure that internet connection is constant on, and the "location" function is turned on. Could you tell me why ? Thank you very much.

Does it send something to her phone or display somehow that someone has turned on locate device? I do not understand what happened?  |

The map for some reason isn't displayed when trying to locate. It just shows a gray grid. Map doesn't load.
