Hi, I have xFi locator installed on my android and xFi endpoint on the target device. xFi endpoint shows "Device is registered" and "Location" service is turned on on the target device. But I cannot locate the target device through GPS. Will only show last known location. Locating works only when the device has wifi access  . Need help please! |

They just did a hot fix I believe. An update is available As Eric above said. No map is displayed, only a grid. Great timing since my daughter just entered Mexico by herself today. Grrr. Please reply. |

As others have reccently said, I am also having problems with the background Maps not loading. What is this Hot Fix mentioned in the las post and how can you get hold of it?

I did installed v1.8.1, the latest, already. Didn't do the trick . Cannot locate through GPS when not within wifi range even though the target device shows "Device is registered" and "Location" service is turned on. Is there a conflict with power saving mode? Both my device and the target device have mid power saving mode vs. being off. Any tips on how to fix this? Without ability to locate through GPS, this app is pretty useless unfortunately . |

I love your app but I had to switch phones and reinstall it on my new phone but I don't know the pin I used. How to I get it or how do I change it? I requested a lost pin but haven't received anything. im forget the PIN,, i like to take bach the PIN after feed mail,but it dont have in answer email  how can i get back the PIN show me please thank |

I have been using xfi lite for years.
Sudently today i cant find iphone target..no showing iphone icon on the map.

ok so the devs just did 1.8.3. just a warning. if you have two form factor enabled it will require you to enter code.

over night they did the hot fix for the pin code. i have not tried it yet but they said its fixed

I have downloaded the latest app from play store and I still keep getting Unable to log on. I have used the internet site xfilocator.com/ and can log on without any issues. I assume this indicates that I am using the correct login and password. Can anyone help me out. I really miss this app. Note that I have only downloaded the new xFi locator app and not the xFi app where you set up the devices. |

Try using data (perhaps your wifi isn't connecting)?

If your target Android is Oreo, you may want to check this to make sure it can be located with cellular data: Go to settings/Apps/xfi and make sure "Allow background data usage" is checked.
